	Who We Are	A woman-owned small business, employing professional engineers and scientists, specializing in helping the military develop complex systems consistent with environmental, safety and health (ESH) and supportability requirements. ESH is synonymous with environmental, safety and occupational health (ESOH).
	What We Do	Assist the military with considering ESH and supportability requirements throughout the life cycle of its systems and subsystems, from concept exploration through ultimate disposal: Develop Pollution Prevention Plans, Environmental Management Plans and Strategies, RDT&E requirements, ESH Evaluations, and Programmatic ESH Evaluations (PESHEs). Perform ESH compliance audits. Prepare key program documentation for program reviews and milestones. Facilitate Integrated Product Teams and focus groups. Evaluate Engineering Change Proposals. Provide ESH awareness training. Develop System Safety Management Plans, System Safety Program Plans, Hazard Tracking Programs, and System Safety Training. Develop Facilities Management Plans, Facilities Planning Criteria, Platform Basic Facility Requirements, and Facilities and Infrastructure Risk Management Plans. Conduct Facilities Independent Logistics Assessments.
